GiiNii 8-inch “All-In-One” True Video Digital Picture Frame
The GiiNii “All-In-One picture frame is easy to setup and has a number of convenient features to make viewing your digital images, movies, and music a piece of cake. The unit includes a simple start-up guide a robust multi-language manual and a nice little demo that starts automatically the first time the device is turned on.
Most digital picture frames (DPFs) are relatively similar in what they can do. The major differences are the screen size, the level of functionality and the user interface. As with most DPFs the unit includes a remote control for easy access to a drill down menu system that holds the keys to the unit’s versatility. It offers a well finished solid wood stand that can be set to display in either portrait or landscape mode and mounted on the wall or on a table using the adjustable stand. There are two interchangeable mats that can be installed using the EZ Lock frame, which make setup a breeze.
E-flite BLADE mCX2 RTF Ultra-Micro Helicopter
When I first flew the original Blade MCX, I was amazed at its’ ease of control, overall stability and durability. I have flown a wide variety of helicopters and the MCX quickly became one of my favorites – that is until now. Eflite has managed to improve upon the original MCX and has upped the anti on, what I believe is the best overall value for the money, for the entry level flyer that wants more than the toy models sold in the malls. Yes I’m talking about fun, customer support, parts availability and overall durability.
The engineering is outstanding, as the unit includes a 4-channel transmitter which employs spread spectrum technology. This minimizes susceptibility from other potential nearby fliers. It has a sophisticated gyro mechanism that provides outstanding stability and it can be taken apart and put back together in a matter of minutes using the provided Phillips head screwdriver. The dual counter-rotating blades eliminate adverse yaw arising from single blade designs and also eliminates the need and complexity of a tail rotor. This is a terrific helicopter for those that want to spend more time flying than tinkering.
