Roborock’s 2026 showing focuses on solving the two biggest pain points in robotic cleaning: getting stuck on door thresholds and managing large liquid spills. Here is the breakdown of the new hardware from Las Vegas.
The Flagship: Saros 20 & Saros 20 Sonic
The Saros 20 series is the new premium vacuum and mop combo flagship, and an upgrade from the current Saros 10. The Saros 20 introduces a host of upgrades like a brand new and smarter dock, increased suction, and a “wheel-leg” climbing system.
- AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0: While the Saros 10 was limited to 1.18-inch thresholds, the new Saros 20 can now clear 1.77-inch single-layer thresholds or 3.34-inch double-layer “tiered” transitions.
- 35,000Pa Suction: This is a nearly 60% increase over previous models, specifically engineered to maintain airflow through high-pile “Deep Carpets” up to 1.2 inches thick.
- VibraRise 5.0 Sonic (Sonic Model): Introduces an extendable arm to push the mop pad all the way against baseboards, leaving zero gap. It physically presses into the floor with 3.1 pounds of force (14N) to scrub away dried-on stains.
- Sonic vs. Standard Mop: The Saros 20 Sonic uses a single flat pad that vibrates 4,000 times per minute to “scrub” floors, whereas the standard Saros 20 uses two circular spinning pads that rotate to buff away stains.
- RetractSense Navigation: Continues with the retractable LiDAR turret, allowing for a slim 3.14-inch profile that fits under low-clearance furniture.
- RockDock Ultra 2.0: The companion dock now features 212°F (100°C) boiling water mop washing and an automated Mop Detachment system that physically leaves the mop pads at the base during vacuum-only runs to keep carpets 100% dry.
The “Future” Prototype: Saros Rover
While the Saros 20 series is ready for living rooms, Roborock also demoed the Saros Rover, a prototype designed to solve the “stairs” problem once and for all.
- Stair-Climbing Wheel-Legs: Features two articulated legs that can lift, lower, and pivot independently. This allows the robot to “step” onto individual stairs, clean the tread, and ascend to the next level.
- Status: This is currently a vacuum-only prototype. It serves as a “vision” product for multi-story homes, with no confirmed release date.
The Roller Shift: Qrevo Curv 2 Flow

The Qrevo line moves into heavy-duty wet cleaning. This vacuum and mop combo replaces traditional spinning pads with a high-speed motorized roller.
- SpiralFlow Roller Mop: A motorized 220 RPM roller designed to absorb large liquid spills (like a bowl of cereal) in a single pass rather than smearing them.
- 15mm Lifting Shield: When the robot detects carpet, it uses a mechanical shield to lift the roller 15mm (~0.6 inches) high to prevent wetting your rugs.
- 20,000Pa Suction: High-performance suction that handles standard debris while the roller manages the wet mess.
- Self-Cleaning Dock: Includes 167°F (75°C) hot water washing for the roller and 131°F warm air drying to prevent mildew and odors.
Availability and Logistics
- Pricing: The Qrevo Curv 2 Flow launches at $999 (with an $849 early-bird special). While pricing for the Saros 20 series has not been announced, it’s expected to sit between $1,599 and $1,799.
- Release Dates: The Qrevo Curv 2 Flow arrives January 19, 2026. The Saros 20 follows in Q1/Q2.
- Connectivity: All 2026 models are Matter-compatible for native integration with Apple Home, Alexa, and Google Home.
